Grates/Covers/Ladders
Our Boman Kemp Safety Grates, Clear Covers, and Escape Ladders are correctly-sized to match each Easy-Well™, and are included with every Basement Window System and Easy-Well™ System.
The steel Safety Grate protects children and pets from accidental falls into the Easy-Well™, and the matching UV protected polycarbonate Clear Cover fits over the top to keep the Easy-Well™ free from rain and debris. The Escape Ladder features heavy-duty welded steel construction with slip-resistant rungs and is designed for emergency exits. It is required for any Easy-Well™ that is deeper than 44” to the base.
Our FiberBloxx polycarbonate clear covers are correctly-sized to match each window well width, and are constructed from one-piece UV protected polycarbonate. They are designed to prevent accidental falls from children and pets into the window well, while allowing natural light into the basement. They also prevent rain and debris from getting into the window well.

Made from heavy-duty 18 gauge galvanized steel. It features a one-inch profile with expertly designed corners for added strength.
Window
This maintenance-free vinyl window with insulated Low-E glass comes equipped with a screen, and is lockable from the inside.

The safety grate is made of powder-coated, heavy-duty, rolled angle steel and steel safety bars. It is designed to keep people and pets out of the Easy-Well, and hold the weight of standard foot traffic.
Clear Cover
Made of polycarbonate plastic, the cover is designed to be used along with the safety grate to keep debris and excess water out of the Easy-Well.
