Egress Windows
We offer three types and styles of egress windows that open by swinging inward or sliding horizontally. With widths ranging from 28” to 48” and heights from 46” to 54”, these windows can accommodate most foundation openings including block, concrete, ICF, and precast. Available frames include block frame and nail fin. The nail fin frame is designed to attach directly to a pressure treated lumber frame and allows for flashing tape and exterior trim.

The safety grate is made of powder-coated, heavy-duty, rolled angle steel and steel safety bars. It is designed to keep people and pets out of the Easy-Well, and hold the weight of standard foot traffic.
Clear Cover
Made of polycarbonate plastic, the cover is designed to be used along with the safety grate to keep debris and excess water out of the Easy-Well.
