Our complete Basement Window Systems are designed around each egress window type and size offered. Matching Boman Kemp Easy-Wells™, available in three heights of 46”, 60”, and 72”, are correctly-sized to width, along with correctly-sized Boman Kemp accessories.

Easy Well
Made from heavy-duty 18 gauge galvanized steel. It features a one-inch profile with expertly designed corners for added strength.
Window
This maintenance-free vinyl window with insulated Low-E glass comes equipped with a screen, and is lockable from the inside.

Safety Grate
The safety grate is made of powder-coated, heavy-duty, rolled angle steel and steel safety bars. It is designed to keep people and pets out of the Easy-Well, and hold the weight of standard foot traffic.
Clear Cover
Made of polycarbonate plastic, the cover is designed to be used along with the safety grate to keep debris and excess water out of the Easy-Well.

Escape Ladder
The powder-coated, heavy-duty steel ladder is designed to assist people in emergency escape, and it is attached to the back of the Easy-Well.
