Easy-Well™ Height Calculator

To determine the correct height of your window well, enter your overall foundation wall height (from top of footer to top of wall), finished grade height (distance from top of foundation to the finished grade or soil), overall floor depth (concrete floor thickness plus any built-up floor finishes), and the concrete sill opening (distance from the bottom of the concrete sawcut opening to the top of the finished floor).

1.) Most concrete floors are 3½" to 4" thick.
2.) Assumes bottom of the window well extends 12" below the bottom of the concrete sawcut opening.
3.) Assumes top of the window well extends 3" above the finished grade.
