Escape™ Egress Windows are multifunctional. They operate and vent like a single-hung window, but also open and swing into the basement like a door providing emergency escape.
All sizes shown are available with Left-Hinged or Right-Hinged swings, as viewed from inside the basement. Both swings correspond to their hinge locations (i.e. Left-Hinged swing is hinged on the left side of the window).
