G70 Series Nail Fin 4040 Slider Egress Window

The 48 inch wide x 48 inch high G70 Series Nail Fin 4040 Slider Egress Window provides the maximum amount of natural light into your basement vs. our smaller in-swing egress windows. The right-operable sash, as viewed from inside the basement, slides to the left providing ventilation and emergency escape. It can also be removed from the inside for easy cleaning and pass through space of oversized items.

This new construction style window is designed for attachment to pressure treated lumber frames using the integral nail fin with pre-punched holes for nail fastening. Refer to the Installation Instructions found under Resources on this page.
