Easy-Well™ – Stacked Stone

The Boman Kemp Easy-Well™ – Stacked Stone provides an attractive finish, durability, and versatility with thirty height and width combinations. The heavy-duty 18 Gauge steel combined with its innovative design results in a high-performance window well that resists pressures from soil back fill and freeze-thaw.

For sizing the width of the Easy-Well™, select one of our available sizes that is AT LEAST 8” WIDER than the concrete opening. This ensures enough edge distance for the Easy-Well™ anchors so they do not create any cracking or spalling along the edge of the concrete opening when drilled and fastened. It also ensures adequate space to install any exterior trim around the egress window.

To determine the correct height of your window well, enter your overall foundation wall height (from top of footer to top of wall), finished grade height (distance from top of foundation to the finished grade or soil), overall floor depth (concrete floor thickness plus any built-up floor finishes), and the concrete sill opening (distance from the bottom of the concrete sawcut opening to the top of the finished floor).

1.) Most concrete floors are 3½" to 4" thick.
2.) Assumes bottom of the window well extends 12" below the bottom of the concrete sawcut opening.
3.) Assumes top of the window well extends 3" above the finished grade.
